Bakery Menu
Our donuts begin in our micro bakery in Woodbury, Vermont. We are committed to sourcing our ingredients from small farms & vendors throughout the central Vermont region; our dough is yeast risen, made from organic farm eggs, Jersey milk, VT butter, nutmeg, kosher salt, raw cane sugar and organic wheat flour from Vermont & Quebec . Our fillings & glazes feature VT grown fruit along with local herbs & flowers whenever possible. We use organic lemon juice for our lemon curd & citrus glazes. Our family recipes include gluten, dairy & nuts- our bakery is not GF, vegan or nut free. We fry using non GMO sunflower oil in a cast iron pan. We are able to fry donuts in beef tallow for special orders!
